“Power of Our Stories” is the focus of McDougall United Church’s annual Pride Church Service. All are welcome to come for the church service and to stay for coffee, Pride cake and refreshments. Join Aradia Fitness at ASPECC for this fun, intense workout and body loving class! The instructor will guide us through various lap dancing moves, and at the end of class we will have learned an entire routine! This class is for persons of all genders, and all body types are welcome! We are all beautiful, and moving in ways to celebrate that beauty is the focus of this class.

As our wrap up to all the pride festivities, tonight we are going to watch LGBTQIA+ Documentaries, and discuss the work that has been done by activists over the last 50 years, and what still needs to be done. Tonight is about honouring those that came before us, and resolving to continue to fight for equality for persons of all genders and sexualities. Entry is by donation
